Yanka Ayvazova, PhD is a specialist with over 25 years of professional experience in accounting, financial management, tax consulting, and financial control. Her career has included positions as an accountant and chief accountant, as well as extensive experience in an international business environment. Since 2014, she has been developing and managing her own company specializing in accounting and outsourcing services.
Over the years, she has built extensive practical expertise in accounting and financial reporting, tax planning, financial analysis, monthly and year-end closing, preparation of financial and management reports, as well as cooperation with internal and external auditors. A significant part of her professional experience involves working with international companies and applying both local and international accounting standards.
She holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Control, as well as a Master’s degree in International Economic Relations. Her professional background also encompasses financial analysis, financial control and auditing standards, risk management, and internal control. In her work, she combines in-depth knowledge of financial reporting and national and international accounting standards with extensive management experience and a strong understanding of real-world business processes.
Yanka Ayvazova holds a PhD degree and serves as a part-time lecturer at the University of Insurance and Finance (UZF) in Sofia. Her academic work complements her extensive practical experience, enabling her to bridge contemporary theoretical concepts in finance and accounting with effective, real-world business solutions.
